GOALS

Blackmoor Kennel along with owner Karen Shepard Wilkin now resides in Tajique, NM, a hilly ponderosa pine and
juniper covered ranching area, just east of the Manzano Mountains about an hour's drive from Albuquerque, NM.
We have a smaller breeding facility and are able to care for approximately 20-25 dogs. At this time we have 11 Borzoi;
four being in the seven to almost 11 year bracket.

Our goal has been to produce Borzoi of sound mind and body, flashy yet functional. Many of the dogs produced in our
few litters have obtained American and Canadian Championships and many specialty wins, UKC championships including
BIS, coursing JCs and titles, and obedience certificates and therapy dog qualifications.

We have combined Kishniga, Echovesna, Seabury, Sirhan and Dutch pedigrees to produce dogs that these breeders have returned to compliment their lines.

We are proud of the results up to this point, and look forward to our future.
